Jarana

Jarana means party, and this edition of Lied Live Online is bringing the party to your house! Daniel Martinez (whose performance on Lied Live Online in April was an audience favorite!) formed Lincoln-based Jarana with Oscar Rios, Jami Fristo and Jeff Utter in 2009, and since then they’ve been creating an energetic sound that blends South American, Mexican folk, and Latin dance styles. Join us on July 17th at 7:30pm on the Lied’s Facebook page and at liedcenter.org for an evening of Flamenco, Rumba, and Salsa, and more!
