Join the Lied for a special afternoon with Susan Werner on Sunday, April 5 at 6:00 p.m.

One of the bright spots of the last few weeks had been the vast array of artists stepping up to help us stay entertained and hopeful. All over the country and the world, musicians have started inviting us into their homes and studios for free concerts. As it always has, great art is keeping us connected through uncertain times. 

As part of that effort, the Lied is so excited to be partnering with our wonderful friend singer-songwriter Susan Werner to bring you a special LIVE event. On Sunday, April 5 at 6pm, Susan will bring us “A Salute to Farming: Songs from Hayseed,” streaming LIVE on Facebook. If you’ve seen Susan perform before, you know it will be full of humor, poetry, and of course her unforgettable songs. If you haven’t, then you’re in for a treat!
