Head back to the heyday of highballs and high rollers with the group that made the 1950s and 60s so legendary. For one unforgettable night, Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show brings Frank Sinatra, Sammy Davis Jr., Joey Bishop and Dean Martin to the Lied Center for Performing Arts, 301 N. 12th St. on Oct. 28 at 7:30 p.m.

Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show captures the spirit and sound of what made those Sin City performances so special. Featuring a live orchestra and classic songs such as “For Once in My Life,” “My Way” and “Mack the Knife,” Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show makes audiences feel as if they’re at the Sands Hotel with Ol’ Blue Eyes himself.

Beyond recreating the sound, Sandy Hackett and company fully embody the world famous entertainers. The walk, the talk, and of course every song delivers the audience an experience that mirrors the Vegas shows that defined the decade. Aiming to protect the legacy of what was perhaps the greatest group of entertainers, Hackett has given extra attention to every mannerism and detail of this one of a kind show.

Show creator Sandy Hackett is no stranger to the stage. Being the son of comedian Buddy Hackett, close friend of the original Rat Pack, gives show creator Sandy Hackett unique insight to the renowned “Kings of Cool”. After being asked by Joey Bishop, or “Uncle Joey” as Hackett calls him, if he would play him in an HBO movie about the famous Vegas performers, Sandy Hackett’s Rat Pack Show was born.
