Intern

Alex Cook is a Junior at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, majoring in Theatre Management. He has recently found a love for community theatre in and around Lincoln. Most recently, he was seen at Nebraska Communities Playhouse (Big Julie, Guys and Dolls) and Pinewood Performing Arts (Dan, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat). Other roles include Bobby Strong (Urinetown), Robbie Hart (The Wedding Singer), and Kyle the UPS man (Legally Blonde). Alex is currently the Assistant Production Manager of UNL's student-run and produced theatre company Theatrix. 

Jack Welstead is an Acting Major at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and will be entering his second year of study in the fall. This is his first year working with the Lied Triple Threat Intensive, and he's excited to meet all the talented individuals who will be attending! His recent involvements include the Nebraska Repertory's production of Bright Star, in which he is the tenor swing, as well as several independent film projects.

Lexi Winner is so excited to be a counselor this summer! She is going into her junior year as a BFA Acting student at the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film. You may have seen her previously in Nebraska Repertory shows such as Edna in Bright Star, Little Stone in Eurydice, and Billy Boy Bill in Urinetown the Musical. She loves theatre more than anything and cannot wait to share this with others! She would like to thank her friends, family, and girlfriend for everything!

Lauren Roberts is a third year music education major at the University of Nebraska Lincoln and this will be her second year as a counselor. During college, she has been involved in the collegiate chapters of NAfME and ACDA, and is an active member of Kappa Delta Sorority. Off campus she was the Assistant Director for Platteview High School’s musical for two years, and a voice teacher at Sing Omaha Studios for one year.
