Description of Work: 

Assist the Lied Center Production Department specializing in lighting, audio and stage rigging/fly system, coordinating production activities and staffing assignments related to specific events. Work as production area specialist and as stagehand when needed either at the Lied Center or at other venues used by the Lied Center.

Minimum Required Qualifications: 

High school and relevant course work, or specialized training in stage lighting, audio and rigging/fly system beyond high school plus two years stage production work experience in a large performance facility required; equivalent experience considered. Experience directing stage crews and coordinating event activities required. Knowledge of standard theatrical operations and facilities, and familiarity with theatrical, stage lighting, rigging, and audio equipment essential.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Prefer experience managing events with crews and artists and specialization with advanced training in stage lighting or audio and stage rigging/fly systems.

Posted Salary: 
$20.192/hr minimum
