Staged Reading - MODERN

Join us for a 50 minute long staged reading of MODERN, by Selda Sahin and Derek Gregor, followed by feedback from our Broadway panel, Scott Frankel and Michael Korie. 

MODERN follows a group of Amish teenagers on their Rumspringa (a period when Amish teens are given greater personal freedom, ending with the choice of baptism into the church or leaving the community.) Our Amish group, and the non-Amish characters they encounter, cope with progress, tradition, faith, and who they’ll become.
