Boston Pops

Boston Pops

Led by conductor Keith Lockhart, the Boston Pops, known affectionately as “America’s Orchestra,” performs an exciting program honoring the United States’ 250th Anniversary while celebrating the movie music of iconic composer John Williams. Williams composed the music for more than one hundred films, including Star Wars, Harry Potter, E.T., Jurassic Park, and Indiana Jones and was the 19th conductor of the Boston Pops succeeding the legendary Arthur Fiedler. The orchestra remains one of the most recorded, familiar, and beloved ensembles in the world today.
