Comprised of some of the most esteemed jazz artists in the state, it’s no surprise that the Metro Jazz Quintet has been selected as the Lied Center's Jazz Club Artist. Know Before You Go

All performances start at 7 p.m. Concertgoers are encouraged to bring blankets or lawn chairs. Jazz in June performances are free and open to the public, though donations are encouraged at the event. A variety of food vendors will be on site should attendees wish to buy food. Alcohol and dogs are not allowed at the event.

Jazz in June has been a summer tradition of family fun and great music every Tuesday in June since 1992, making it Lincoln’s longest-running outdoor concert series. As a free event, the community is invited to support this program through Give to Lincoln Day or through the University of Nebraska Foundation. This program is presented by the University of Nebraska Lincoln.
