Nebraska Jazz Orchestra with Dave Stryker, guitar

Nebraska Jazz Orchestra has canceled the event of Nebraska Jazz Orchestra with Dave Stryker, originally scheduled for April 28, 2020.

Join the Nebraska Jazz Orchestra and guitarist Dave Stryker for an exciting evening of big band music at the Lied Center! Omaha native Dave Stryker moved to New York City in 1980 to perform with jazz greats like Jack McDuff and Stanley Turrentine and later form his own groups: The Dave Stryker Organ Tro, The Blue to the Bone Band, and The Stryker/Slagle Band. Hot House magazine awarded him Best Guitarist in the 2017 Fans Decision Jazz Awards, and he was recently voted as one of the top Jazz Guitarists in the 2018 DownBeat Critics and Readers Polls for the 10th time. Dave’s album Eight Track III has stayed at #1 for the last six weeks on the JazzWeek radio chart and received four stars in DownBeat magazine. This is an evening you won't want to miss!
