Lied Center Piano Academy 2021

Join us for the fourth annual Lied Center Piano Academy, July 11-16, 2021! Lied Center Piano Circle, Lied staff and the Glenn Korff School of Music are excited to host the Lied Center Piano Academy.

• We are planning for an IN PERSON experience while adhering to COVID safety guidelines including wearing masks and social distancing.
• LCPA is designed for students entering grades 9 through their first year of college, fall 2021.
• Private lessons, Masterclasses, Career-Development workshops, Practice skills, Performance Practice.
• Form life-long relationships with young pianist who share your passion for music!

We are thrilled to announce the addition of Dr. Paul Barnes as our LCPA leaderships team as Artistic Director. Dr. Barnes is the Marguerite Scribante Professor of Music at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Glenn Korff School of Music and has been a part of the Academy since it’s inception.The Academy Artist for 2021 is Jessica Osborne. Jessica Osborne, along with GKSOM faculty and guest professional teaching artists will provide young talented pianists intensive training to raise their level of performance, engage in thought-provoking workshops, and help develop life-long relationships with other serious young pianists.
